Originally from Ireland, Tracy now lives in Christchurch, New Zealand with her Czech husband, two young wild boys and Lance her adorable Labradoodle. Before life as a mum, she worked in environmental management with plans to one day return to it - but never did, as she was called by God to use her past to help others. For that reason, Tracy completed two years of Bible ministry school, wrote her testimony and re-trained as a developmental health coach specialising in eating behaviour and positive body-image

 

Besides being mum, coaching women and making the occasional very serious book promotional video, Tracy likes a good coffee (so Kiwi). She thinks the original Riverdance is one of the greatest things she has ever seen (so Irish) and she can rattle off the 32 counties of Ireland in 8 seconds (her party piece)
